With the popping of corks and the midnight rendition of Auld Lang Syne fast approaching, like many businesses, Metis is taking stock of the past year and putting some serious thought into those all important New Year’s Resolutions. If you read our countdown list of 12 Metis milestones from 2016, you’ll know that in the past twelve months, we’ve already worked hard on expansion, implemented 100s of new features, and eaten an awful lot of Thai food. But we won’t be stopping there.
So as January looms, here are 10 of the targets that the Metis team are aiming to make a reality in 2017:
1. Introduce a new invoicing module in Metis
2. Build data loading tools to make it quicker for new customers to get going in Metis
3. Introduce support for companies that have more than one base currency
4. Spend even more time listening to our customers and building their brilliant ideas into Metis
5. Connect Metis to Xero and other popular cloud tools
6. Learn to love our “undocumented features” as much as the ones we meant to build
7. Revolutionise the Metis Help Centre, creating informative video guides on all main topics
8. Create and implement usability improvements to save our customers even more time every day
9. Roll out the Metis API to allow customers and 3rd parties to express their creativity by doing new things with Metis that we haven’t yet thought of
10. Continue to create new tools that give our customers more of the 20:20 foresight that Metis is all about
